Thank you for your interest in the Ward MD Form Spa Injection Training Program. Dr. Ward, a Realself 100 Doctor, a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, is an internationally recognized facial plastic surgeon and expert in injection techniques. These courses allow the trainee to learn Dr. Ward’s principles of facial aesthetics and techniques for safe and natural enhancement through the use of injectables. Each of the courses is taught by Dr. Ward and his hand-picked faculty.
There are multiple options available for training that address several of the concerns about training in injectables. The primary objective is to provide injectors with an education that allows them to begin injecting immediately upon conclusion of the course and to immediately begin growing their injectable practice. This education is provided through a combination of experiences that no other educational program provides, including didactic lectures, clinical
shadowing, operating room shadowing, and hands-on activities. There are four options for training, including a one-day basic course, a one-day advanced course, a one-week clinical internship, and a one-month clinical internship. Each option is explained below.
The basic course is a one day course that provides an overview of different fillers and botulinum toxins as well as an overview of relevant anatomy. This is a good course for those without previous experience, but who are interested in obtaining a broad overview of injectables. The cost of the course includes didactic education and hands on mentoring. The trainee will inject one toxin patient and one filler patient. The cost for the basic course is $3,975 and includes breakfast, lunch, and all associated injectable costs.
The advanced course is intended for injectors who have completed the Basic Course and who wish to learn in depth information about specific fillers or anatomic regions. This course is a good option for those with previous injection experience, but who would like to gain more information about a specific technique, injectable, or anatomic region. There is also a robust discussion about clientele growth. The cost of the course includes mentoring of the hands-on injection of two clients. The cost for this course is $5,975 and includes breakfast, lunch, and all associated injectable costs.
This course is completed over the course of five days (typically, a Monday through Friday) and includes didactic lectures, clinical shadowing, and hands on mentoring of five injection clients chosen by the student. The cost for the course is $14,975.
This course is completed over the course of a month (four Monday through Friday weeks) and includes didactic lectures, clinical shadowing, operating room shadowing, and hands on mentoring of up to twenty injection clients chosen by the student. The cost for the course is $24,975.
Course participation is limited in order to provide a small and intimate learning environment, so early registration is required in order to reserve your spot in the course. A non-refundable $1000 deposit is required for registration and all course fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to the start date of the course. Financing options are available. Late entrances will be accepted on a case by case basis and will be charged a 35% late registration fee.
